New Taipei City Yong'an Arts Center is on the 2nd floor of the Yong-An Market MRT Station in an area of 286 pings. It was opened to the public on Jan-23rd, 2011.

Taking into account that Zhonghe and Yonghe Districts are the most densely populated areas in Taiwan and that most residents are commuters, with the objective of "the extension of home", exhibitions, activities and courses about living aesthetics are been held here in hope that local residents could exchange views on living aesthetics in these events. By inviting people in the community to participate, the aim is to instill a sense of beauty in them. In addition to holding exhibitions, seminars, promotional activities and providing a place for people to socialize, it also offers citizens an aesthetic space for relaxing mentally and physically.
